Policies for massage, facial, and waxing clients


1. The safety and security of both our clients and our staff are paramount.

2. All parties shall respect the client/therapist relationship.

3. Client privacy shall be protected.

4. Therapists will remain within the bounds of our scope of practice.

5. Services shall be provided based on each client’s need and expectation.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we believe to be a threat to our safety, the safety of our clients, or who engages in inappropriate behavior.


1. Payment is due at the time service are rendered.

2. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

3. Gift certificates must be paid at the time of purchase and shall have a twenty-four month expiration date.

4. A fee of $30.00 shall be applied to all returned checks.

5. No services shall be rendered for anyone with an outstanding debt.

6. We can not bill your health insurance.


1. Twenty-four hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within this time frame and we are unable to fill your appointment time, you will be charged for the session. Billing in emergency situations is at the sole discretion of management.

2. If you arrive late for your appointment, you will be billed for the entire appointment time and your session will end as scheduled. Billing in emergency situations will be at the sole discretion of management. If we are responsible for beginning your session late, you will either receive the full session time or you may choose to reduce the time and pay for the portion of the session you receive.
